Is Gammon Gods free to play?
Yes. Practice against the AI and play online matches for free. Staking USDC is entirely optional — only add stakes when you want them.
Are the dice actually fair?
Every roll is sealed server-side with secure randomness and every rule is enforced by the engine. Neither player — and no bot — can influence or see a roll before it happens.
Which network and token do you use?
Stakes settle in USDC on Base. If your funds are on Solana or another EVM chain, you can bridge them in to play.
How do USDC stakes work?
When both players agree on a stake, your USDC is locked into a per-match escrow contract on Base. When the game ends, the contract pays the winner automatically. The funds sit in the contract, never with us — it is non-custodial.
What do I need to get started?
Nothing but a browser to play for free. To stake USDC you connect a wallet — an embedded one we can spin up for you, or your own external wallet on Base.
Can I withdraw my funds anytime?
Your funds are always yours. Outside of an active staked match, you can withdraw USDC back to your wallet whenever you like.
